§ 2 Your rights
(1) You have the following rights towards us in connection with the personal data concerning you:

  • the right of information,
  • the right to rectification,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to objection,
  • the right to data portability.
(2) In addition, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority because of our processing of your personal data.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when our website is visited
(1) If you use the website exclusively for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or do not provide us with information in other ways, we collect only the personal data transmitted to our server by your browser. If you wish to view our website, on our part we collect the data listed below, technically required for displaying our website to you and for guaranteeing stability and security:

  • IP-address,
  • date and time of request,
  • time zone difference compared to the Greenwich mean time (CET),
  • content of request (specific page),
  • access status/HTTP status code,
  • amount of data transmitted in the individual cases,
  • the website where the request comes from,
  • the browser,
  • the operating system and its interface,
  • the language and version of the browser software.

The processing takes place according to the legal basis of legitimate interest set out in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

(2) When you use our website, in addition to the data mentioned above, we also store cookies on your computer. Cookies are small text files stored on your hard disc, assigned to the browser used by you, through which certain information gets to the location placing the cookie (in this case, to us). Cookies cannot run programmes or transmit viruses to your computer. They are intended to make the internet offer more user-friendly and efficient.

(3) The use of cookies:

a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the volume and operation of which is described below:

  • temporary cookies (see b),
  • permanent cookies (see c).

b) Temporary cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. In particular, this includes session cookies. They store a so-called session identifier, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. In case you return to our website, it enables the recognition of your computer. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

c) Permanent cookies are automatically deleted after a predefined time varying depending on the individual cookies. You can delete the cookies any time in the security setting of the browser.

d) You can configure the settings of your browser according to your needs, e.g. you can refuse to accept cookies from third parties or all cookies. We wish to point out that, in that case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.

§ 4 Objection against the processing of your data or withdrawal of authorisation for processing

(1) If you have consented to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it any time. Such withdrawal, after you have declared it to us, has an impact on the permissibility to process your personal data.

(2) If the processing of your personal data is based on balance of interests, you can raise objection against the processing. That is the case if the processing is not particularly necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, which is presented in the following description of functions. When exercising such objection, please describe the reasons why you would not like us to process your personal data in the way implemented by us. In case of your justified objection, we examine the facts and stop the data processing or modify it accordingly, or present the compelling legitimate grounds based on which we continue the data processing.

§ 5 Integration of Google Maps

(1) In this website we use the Google Maps offer. It enables us to present the interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

(2) When you visit the website, Google gets the information with which you entered the appropriate subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in Section 3 of this statement are transmitted. It takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account where you are logged in, or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, data are assigned directly to your account. If you would not like the assignment to Google to be made with your profile, you have to log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as a user profile and uses them for the purposes of advertisement, market research and/or for designing its website according to the needs. Such assessment is (also for users not yet logging in) is made primarily in order to provide advertisements according to the needs and to inform other users of the social network about your activities made on our website. You have the right to object against the establishment of these user profiles, but in order to do so, you have to contact Google.

When contacting the service provider (e.g. by way of contact form or e-mail), the user’s data are stored for processing the inquiry or for the case if any further questions are raised.
